Riverfront Application Information

 

 

Application: Positive photo identification is required (i.e. Driver's license, state ID card, passport, student ID card).

Application Information: In the event of roommates, each applicant on lease must be approved individually.

Application Fee: A non-refundable application processing fee of $25 is required at the time of application. The fee must be in the order of money order, cashier's check or cash. 

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Income: Qualifying gross income must be at least 3 times monthly rent.

Employment: If employed less than one year, verification of previous employers is required.

Selection Criteria: A positive credit report, verifiable income, good rental references and a clear criminal background check are required.

Credit History: To qualify for the minimum security deposit requires zero collections. Challenged credit is acceptable with increased security deposit for applicants with strong rental and employment verification.

Pets: Pets may be allowed in certain apartments. A pet interview is required prior to application approval – no weight or breed restrictions. An increased security deposit of $100 is required for each pet, two pets maximum.  A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be charged on move-in.
