Our swimming pools have their own secured entry. You can enjoy the pool during our warmer months. Come relax by the pool after a long day.

Pet Friendly

We know you love your furry friends...and so do we. We are happy to be a pet friendly community allowing dogs and cats. There is a limit of two pets per apartment and charges do apply. Please contact our office for more details.

Fitness Center

Our residential fitness center is located off Crestview Ave on the west end of our property. The fitness center offers a variety of equipment including:

Universal weight machine

The townhomes have brand new windows, beautiful new quartz countertops and unique features such as direct entry, a private gated patio, and washer/dryer connections. Our apartments offer a comfortable space for an even more comfortable price. With spacious room sizes and great closet space, they are sure to please. Our mature trees offer privacy for enjoying balcony and patio space.

BRT doesn't require an administrative fee. We simply collect an affordable $50.00 app fee to get approved for your new apartment.

E-SIGN

You can choose to sign in person or have all docs sent electronically for an easy e-signature. Especially convenient for out of town move ins.

24-hr EMERGENCY

MAINTENANCE

BRT offers maintenance staff available for your needs 24/7 for emergency situations. Staff resides onsite as well.
